Ok City Ok is the current band of gifted Duckhills guitarist Randy Grace, that started out as a solo project in 2001 in Japan. The first product was the 2001 album that may or may not have a title, but we're referring to it with the other prominent words on the cover "Made by Elaborate Process." We don't have much inside information on the project yet, but plan to nag Randy into submission to get it eventually! Elaborate Process is a delightful album, full of energetic experimentation and catchy hooks. And in the true spirit of the Duckhill, the lyrics posess the unique wit DH fans have come to expect. Being a lawyer, my personal favorite -- "...you'll think you need a friend. But what can friends do for you? I wanna be your lawyer..." -- and what may be the greatest song title of all time "there's nothing I wouldn't do for love I haven't already done for spite."
